Kurtuluş received his bachelor’s degree from the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at METU and completed his postgraduate studies at the Department of Radio and Television, Faculty of Communication at Ankara University. After a corporate career of seven years at informatics companies, he founded the digital agency Kamra Interactive in 2006. He worked in campaign design and management, account management and content development in fields including digital marketing, content marketing and social media communication. Kurtuluş still works as an instructor and consultant for digital communication and digital governance and civil society and civil society initiatives. He serves as the chairperson of Dijital Düşün Association, of which he is a founding member.
