Ioulietta Bisiouli joined EIN in her capacity as Director in 2023. She is an attorney-at-law and a member of the Athens Bar Association. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public International Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Ioulietta has extensive working experience in the human rights field, having previously worked at the European Commission against Racism and Intolerance (ECRI);  the CoE Department for the Execution of Judgments of the ECtHR; the Registry of the ECtHR; the UNHCR Representation to the European Institutions in Strasbourg; and the Amnesty International  European Institutions Office as the Executive Officer for the CoE. She also has significant experience as a freelance consultant, having advised grassroots and international NGOs on international human rights standards
