Ayca Bulut Bican is a civil society capacity development expert with over 15 years of experience. She is a member of the Etkiniz team since September 2023 and is responsible for trainings and capacity development supports. She has previously worked with several donor organisations on capacity development of CSO partners, programme and project development, and has also worked with CSOs on evaluation and development of organisational learning approaches.
